Course: a set of classes conducted in the form of lectures, aimed at developing the User’s knowledge, skills, and competencies in the subject of the course.
Content: informational material in digital form provided to the User as part of the learning process.
Lecture: a class conducted in the form of independent study of the Content.
Software (SW): computer programs used to perform specific tasks.
Homework: a set of assignments provided to the User for independent completion.
Internet: a global system of interconnected computer networks used for storing and transmitting information.
Distance Learning Technologies: a set of equipment, software, and teaching methods used to conduct training via the Internet.
Online Learning System: a set of equipment, software, and teaching methods used to conduct training via the Internet in real time.
InfoProtector: an information protection system against unauthorized access, illegal recording, copying, and distribution, used to protect training programs and materials that are intellectual property.

The educational materials are provided to the User as part of the educational programs. The User undertakes to comply with the terms of use and protection of these materials.

The cost of educational programs and the available payment methods are established and published on the respective course pages. Payment shall be made by the User prior to the commencement of the use of the educational materials.

The educational materials are the intellectual property of the course author and are protected by law.
Disclosure, copying, or distribution of the materials without the permission of the copyright holder is prohibited and may result in legal liability.

In the event of a breach by the User of the terms of use of the educational materials, the copyright holder has the right to impose sanctions, including termination of access to the course and recovery of compensation for the damage caused.

Any disclosure, publication, modification, or making available of confidential information, including educational materials, their transfer to third parties, as well as their distribution on the Internet without the permission of the copyright holder, is unlawful.

Violation of this condition entails liability in the form of a fine of 10,000 (ten thousand) euros for each instance of violation.

The User agrees to the terms of use of the educational materials from the moment they begin using them.

The terms may be amended and published on the website without prior notice.
