Workshop program

(pre-recorded videos)

1 Installation of Forge and Flux models
  • Installation and launch on a computer
  • Installation and launch on Runpod
2 Training Lora for Flux
  • Training Lora for Flux on a computer (from 12 GB) or Colab (online)
  • Training on Runpod (online)
3 Testing results
  • And a review of Lora training experiments
4 Flux Kontext (NEW!)
  • Installation and usage examples
5 Flux Kontext Pose (NEW!)
  • Installation and usage examples
More examples from the author
(without editing in Photoshop)
What will you learn:
  • Generate on your computer or in cloud
Set up the AI art tool on your computer — or run it in the cloud if your PC is weak. Work safely and efficiently in the cloud to save time and money.
  • Easy poses from references
Guide poses and compositions with simple pose/reference tools.
  • Train AI your style / game project style
You'll learn how to prepare a dataset, train AI on a style, character, props, or other topic, and generate art in the style you need: yours or your studio's game project.
  • Consistent characters across multiple images
Keep characters on-model and consistent across multiple images.
  • Easy editing
You will easily make edits: remove unwanted objects, recolor objects, and replace elements, like changing clothes or hairstyle.
  • Apply AI to real 2D tasks
Create concepts, characters, props, tiles, icons, and backgrounds. Generating front, side and back view from one reference.
ADDITIONALLY
💖 Access to a group chat
💖 3 weeks of chat support (ask questions anytime!)
💖 Access to the shared Miro board, where we share our results and you can see each other’s approaches.
💖 1 Group call in 3 weeks to share insights, ask questions, and discuss results!
Technical requirements:

  • Video card: NVIDIA RTX 3XXX/4XXX GPU with at least 8 GB video memory + 32 GB RAM.
  • For training Lora in Colab/Runpod (online), you’ll need about $10 for a service/Runpod.
  • For training Lora on a computer, see “Detailed technical requirements” below.
What if I don't have a suitable video card?
No problem! That's why we've added a new section to the course on how to use RunPod 🔥
  • What is RunPod?
RunPod — this is an online graphics card rental service that lets you run AI in the cloud. You don't need a powerful graphics card on your computer—everything happens online.
  • Advantages
    • Speed: Image generation takes just a few seconds.
    • Hardware savings: Some game development studios use RunPod to avoid the significant costs of purchasing and maintaining expensive equipment required to run advanced neural networks, as all the necessary infrastructure is already available within the service.
    • Security and Privacy: RunPod provides a secure environment for working with data, which is especially important for artists working on commercial projects or projects requiring confidentiality (NDA).
  • Payment for the service
RunPod accepts international cards. On average, to complete workshop costs around $10 to pay for the service.

The course is fantastic! Probably the most useful acquisition this year. A must-have for all artists. I noticed something funny: when generating art, after each new lecture block, it seemed like, well, it couldn't get any better. But a week later, a new block would come out, and the new art simply eclipsed the previous ones.
Olesia, thank you so much!

Natalia Tsybulina

I was afraid I wouldn't understand even half of such a complex topic, but Olesia took a professional approach to recording video lessons and presenting both the core and supplementary materials. Everything was clear, to the point, straightforward, well-structured, and well-organized, accompanied by useful links to relevant resources. I also want to mention her very pleasant voice. Like many others, I probably signed up for the section on AI training, but I ended up gaining much more, especially in understanding how AI works and the limits of its use.
I want to say a huge thank you for such a great course!
It's quite concise, everything is to the point, and most importantly, everything is clear 🙂 The lectures are fantastic, and if I had any questions, they answered them right away 👍
The course was worth it; we're already using it in our project and will continue to use it!

Anat Menaker

One of the most interesting and useful courses I've taken. The information is presented in an accessible language, and the lessons are to the point, making the lectures short yet informative. I'd like to highlight Olesia's pleasant voice and her willingness to help with any unclear situations throughout the course.

Margarita Romaniuk

A fantastic course! ✨ I can't even imagine how much information the author had to study to master this topic so well. The quality of the video lectures is very good. Everything is clear and to the point.
Thank you so much for this wonderful course!
I recommend it to everyone!

Yana Malinova

This course is a 10 out of 10! When I first became interested in AI, I decided to dive in and learn everything myself. It was difficult, as I didn't always even understand what I needed to google. Then I decided to trust someone with experience and purchased the course. It was the best decision, as the information is presented consistently and in detail, so even with zero knowledge, I didn't have many technical issues. When errors and problems arose, Olesia responded very quickly, and we even sometimes had a call. Special thanks for the feedback!

The course was useful; it saved time and gave me an understanding of the program's basics and structure. Also, because the program is constantly updated and new extensions are added, it's important to continue learning everything independently and stay on track. With the knowledge you have after the course, this is possible and straightforward.
Thank you for the course!
I really liked that the lectures weren't drawn out for an hour or more 💛
While watching the lectures, I sometimes felt intimidated by the seemingly complex information, but with practice, everything quickly became clear. At first, the work didn't turn out as expected, but towards the end, after training AI and using the knowledge from the material, I started producing some good images🎉

Maximilien Klimov

Olesia, I want to say a huge thank you for the course!
I really enjoyed the way the information was presented. It was concise, straightforward, and to the point, with no unnecessary fluff. And yet, it featured plenty of illustrative examples. The lectures were a pleasure to watch, very interesting.
Before the course, I thought I had a fairly good understanding of image generation using AI and assumed I'd only need the module on model training, which was the reason I signed up. However, I ended up learning a huge number of nuances. All the lectures contained a wealth of new information for me, especially regarding fine-tuning.
As a result, I was able to significantly improve the quality of my generations, learn to control the results, and begin using neural networks for work tasks. So, thank you so much for your help and the work you've done! :)
